My DD is in the process of filing out her scholarship application for AROTC and we have a question about school choices. It states in the application that 1 school choice must be "College in home state of residence". Can this college be a private school or must it be a public institution with in-state tuition? It doesn't state anything about Private or Public....just a college in home state of residence. Thanks for you help!!

And if the in-state public college is not one of your DD's top preferences, it can be listed last or close to the bottom. Last year many who received 4-yr scholarships were given a choice between their top 3 schools listed.
