DS is completing his 1st year as a college programmer NROTC at a top national university. He has applied for the scholarship for the remaining years but has been told there is very little money available for these. DS has the highest GPA in his unit and near the top with the PRT and a tier 2 major.. The question-if he continues the second year without scholarship and no money available for the third year will he be released? His goal is to become a Naval Officer even if most of the education isn't paid for although it would be nice.
