All college re applicants have to submit first semester college grades. You still have to fill in your high school information and send class rank and transcripts so they must look at both, however, the will not look at a college applicant until January when all first semester grades are submitted, so do not expect an early LOA. Due to the fact that they wait for grades before looking at college kids means the weight of college grades weighs much more heavily than high school.
