Competitive ACT Scores

I am a Class of 2017 female candidate and was wondering if my scores are considered competitive?

English - 34
Writing - 31
Reading - 30
Math - 28
Science -27

I plan to take it again in February, am I too late to have those scores count? (I am looking to move the math score to a 30)

Your scores are fine. Actually, way above fine. retake the ACT if you want. If they accept the scores; great. If they don't, no big deal.
