My application has been complete since July 1st. Is it correct that I will not hear anything until it is a yes or no... anytime from September until April?
 
Correct. I think someone stated first admissions board is late August/early Sept. Can't get an appointment without a Nom either. So you could get an LOA, hear nothing until March/April or hear something sooner. Be prepared for a long wait or you could hear earlier. Focus on Plan B, Plan C and enjoying your senior year.
 
... and getting that nominations... at least one. Two or more is better.
