Hello everyone!
I received my DoDMERB packet from USAFA early November, shortly after I was notified of my selection for the NROTC scholarship and my placement at Norwich University.
My dilemma is that I live in Canada, southern Ontario to be specific, and I have contacted the US embassy in Ottawa to see if I could have my physical done by an embassy physician, (they don't have one) and I asked the local Canadian forces base if they would, and they said that they wouldn't. BUT they recommended that I see a civilian physician (coincidentally the same physician who did my father's pilot physical ) and I have seen her and she said that she would be able to complete the exam. However, this familiar physician is routinely out of office for many weeks at a time and I do not know when an appointment could be scheduled.
My question is, when do I absolutely have to have my DoDMERB completed and submitted? considering that I am attending university in the next academic year.
Thank you very much for your patience, I would greatly appreciate any information that could be provided.
