Concorde Doctors?

For the initial DODMERB exam, I went to a Concorde eye doctor that gave me a wrong prescription. I believe this resulted in the sustaining of my disqualification and denial of waiver from USNA despite new eye exams from several eye doctors that proved there was no DQ.

Here is my question: do Concorde doctors know the disqualifying limits for DODMERB? Should I be upfront with the Concorde doctor about the purpose of the exam? I believe there should be as much transparency between patient and Doctor as possible. That specific exam result has to be removed. I will have to ask the original Concorde Doctor to write a letter to DODMERB stating that the exam results were wrong and there is no DQ, and get re-examined by them.
