Conflicting information - correct website address??

Received a letter yesterday, conflicting with an email stating my son's application was complete, that stated they are waiting on his SAT scores - funny thing, letter needing scores was dated AFTER the email saying all was in order...
Here's the question...
The letter gives a website to check your status - it is listed as -

Cannot get onto the site - says it does not exist or is underconstruction.
Next I try the automated phone line - it say not only do they need SAT scores (which, by the way, we have confirmation that they were sent directly to Cadet Command from the Collegeboard on 3 Sept), but also need an interview on file - which was completed on August 1!!
Please, what is the correct website address, and is anyone else experiencing this nerve racking frustration??

Interview with PMS was done months ago, got a letter a couple weeks ago stating application was complete... Something screwy going on?
 
gojack: the Army status site will say that you need an interview until you are awarded a scholarship. It did the same thing last year. I don't know if it is a bug or by design but if you have confirmation from AROTC CC that your packages is complete and ready to meet the board...don't worry about it.

My son received the following email (not in response to an inquiry) about his status a couple of weeks ago:

FOLLOW-UP NOTICE
U.S. Army ROTC 4-year College Scholarship

Your application for a four-year Army ROTC Scholarship has been processed and is considered complete.
You will be informed of your final selection status no later than May 30th.

For more information about Army ROTC, contact a Professor of Military Science at any of the universities
listed in your application booklet, or visit armyrotc.com.

You can also e-mail your questions to train2lead@usacc.army.mil.
