Hi I'm a Junior in the HS class of 2017 and College class of 2021. I'm reading a lot about congressional districts being a deciding factor in nomination and how those from competitive districts have a more difficult time than those from less competitive districts. My question is how do I determine whether or not my district is "competitive"? I am from CA-15 by the way. Thanks for your time.

You can contact your local representative's office and try to get in touch with the person who handles nominations there. At least that's what I did. Field Force Reps are also grew tools to use and they'll also have an idea of how many people apply from the area in general.

Just FYI. Some of the congressional districts included in that list might have been redrawn. I know mine was, so do take it with a grain of salt.
