Congressional Nomination Question

My Cadet Candidate received a telephone call from our US Representative and was told that she was given a nomination to both the USMA and to USAFA. The nomination has appeared on the USAFA portal, but not on the USMA portal. I understand from another thread that the USMA will not consider the Representative's unranked slate until all candidates have completed their files, but wouldn't the nomination appear on the portal of all candidates that received his nomination?
 
Well that's a great way to start the New Year! It will appear on the portal, just give them a little time to get back from the holidays. Good luck going forward.
 
Thanks. She actually received the call earlier this month (which I thought was very impressive that a US Representative would call in person), and the USAFA portal changed before Christmas. We were just starting to get concerned about the USMA portal still not showing the nomination and didn't know if this was common for USMA when a slate is submitted unranked.
 
My DS nominations showed up before Christmas. I think they are updated pretty quickly.
 
My congressman's slate is unranked and my nomination appeared within a few weeks. The delay might be accounted to the winter break for admissions, it'll show up though! :biggrin:
