Can a candidate only get a nomination from a representative who represents their congressional district, or is it possible to receive one from any representative in the state?

Your representative only but you can also apply to both of your State's US Senators. Also, dont forget to apply for a VP nomination and look into your qualifications for a possible Presidential nomination.
