Congressman Failed to Submit Nominations Before Term Expired….Now What?

DS completed application and did the interview with Congressman staff before he retired.

You only need to post it once.

How do you know they weren’t submitted? Have you contacted the office of the new rep?

I merged the two threads into one.

How do you know the slate was not submitted? The slates are not due until tomorrow.

The other post was meant for the USMA forum. Must have posted in same place.

Yes, new Rep says hands are tied.

Was your DS told he would receive a nomination and MOC has not yet submitted slate or do you think the previous congressman never selected the slate? It is usually the outgoing MOC’s responsibility to submit, if they accepted the applications. New congressman can submit if the slates were selected and passed on.

A question like this should certainly also be directed towards the Admissions team if there is a concern about a candidate's congressional representative not submitting nominations.
