Hey! So I was on the USMA candidate site. I was doing the SOE's and stuff. They want contact info about the teacher. At the bottom it says save contact. How do you upload the SOE file? Do they send it to the teacher or something? Thanks.

If it's the form I am thinking of then after you enter the teachers e-mail he/she will receive an e-mail with a form to fill out and submit themselves. All you have to do is enter the contact information and wait. It doesn't hurt to notify your teacher and let them know they should be receiving an e-mail and what it's for beforehand as well.

Yeah, your thinking of the right one. Thanks, I just wanted to make sure I had it right. They want a contact for my Candidate Activities Record-who would that be?

Whoever would do that at your school - normally your guidance counselor. My son's was out over the summer when he applied since she'd had a baby so he put his principal down. Just has to be someone who will confirm you've done the things you said.
