Several months ago I received a letter from cadet command informing me I was missing several documents. Also in that letter was a phone number for a Joanna Butler, a person to contact regarding scholarships. All my documents now have been processed for weeks, though I lost the letter with Mrs. Butlers phone number. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could assist my in finding this number.

If I remember correctly, it was similar to 757-788-????, or something like that.

If anyone has any other number to where I can speak to an actual person about the status of my application, that would be appreciated as well.

Sometimes your #1 school will contact cadet command on your behalf. They also can look up your file to see if it's complete. Try asking one of the schools on your list. Also, we received many letters stating all sorts of things that were inaccurate. What does the website status say?

I think I had Miss Butler as well and she was always away from the phone. Try getting info for a different contact at Cadet Command because often they can either take care of your problem or transfer you. I believe being transferred was one of the only ways I got ahold of Miss Butler.

Do you remember who, or what number you called to get transferred? Ive tried about twenty numbers Ive found scattered around the internet for Cadet Command, and they all seem busy, or "away".

I also had a hard time getting directly in touch with her, so we decided to fax all the documents, then mail them. Faxing the documents seemed to work. Her fax number is: 757-788-5781

or email your documents: joann.butler@usacc.army.mil

Good luck.
