From the enthusiasm of the 2015 parents, the students coming in for 2015 must be a fantastic class!!! I am looking forward to getting to know them and giving them all MOM hugs.

I just looked over the list, with the years that your sons and daughters are graduating. It's every year, WOW.

We love the students, we love to encourage them and help them do well in their studies and at KP. Your cookies have a HUGE influence in the mids making it through the week. They see the love, they see the encouragement so many parents are giving them.

You have a practical way of being their cheering squad each week. You have no idea how this improves the morale at KP. Thanks for your enthusiasm. It encourages the Cookie Cafe Team but more importantly, it encourages the mids.

Every single federal academy has asked me how the parents across US can be mobilized to work together. I tell them that the parents of Kings Pointers are a very unique group of people. That is why it is happening.

So SAF deletes posts- that are not nasty or out of the guidelines??? Not allowed to ask a question?? Censure at its best- way to go.

Okay, just realized something that I hadn't known before....when I delete a post it shows the post to me, but removes the info and allows me to put a note at the bottom. I see now after double checking that the post completely disappears to those who are not moderators.

I apologize for the confusion. In my deleting of the post I stated the following which I thought you would be able to see "let's leave the topic of the exiled thread exiled. Thanks (Feel free to restate your question if possible)" Unfortunately that wasn't visible to you.

So, feel free to repost your question, but try to do so without quoting from the removed thread. I think you should be able to do that and still get your question across, just a little bit more difficult.

Is Cookie Cafe still going on? I heard some weeks ago that it might be in jeopardy. I hope someone can let me know fairly soon - the cookies are baked and should be shipped soon (ie, tomorrow). I'm new to the forum, so my apologies for not knowing.
 
Aunt Jane,

I just shipped my cookies for the Cookie Cafe scheduled for June 9th. That is the last one scheduled for this academic year since they don't do Cookie Cafe during Finals week.
