This is my first post here, so go easy on me :thumb:
I just have a few questions about Army ROTC
Can I join ROTC (with out the scholarship) after classes have started? They started about 4 weeks ago and I am interested in going. Do I have to wait until next year?

I am interested in flying in the Army. What would be the route from Army ROTC to become a pilot?

And last, but not least...can you get picked for Airborne(jump) School if you are not contracted? How does that whole ROTC Airborne process work?

If anyone has information at all about any of these, that would be awesome!
Thanks!

You need to go talk to the ROTC BN. It may depend on their class sizes and when your school sets the deadline for adding classes.

To become a pilot, you would complete ROTC, commission into Aviation and follow the pipeline.

In this day in ROTC world, it is very very unlikely you would get an Airborne slot as an uncontracted cadet. It would just be a waste of money and resources for a cash-strapped Army.

Can't go to AB school if you aren't contracted. Go see the ROTC battalion ASAP and ask if you can get in the class. If they won't let you enroll, ask them if you can participate in any of their training this semester while you are waiting to enroll next semester.

Good luck
