Course Drop ???

Hey guys, I'm a senior in high school and am currently a candidate for admissions to USAFA and also have a nomination. I'm currently considering dropping my AP Computer Science course for the second semester. What are your thoughts on how the Academy's admission panel will react? Will dropping the class decrease my chances of getting in?

I don't think it will matter too much as long as you maintain a full load and perform well second semester. Just make sure you are dropping the class for the right reasons. Best wishes. :thumb:
 
will dropping the class show up on your 7th semester grade report that gets sent to USAFA?

If so, I think I'd explain why you are dropping the course and as Dad said, it should be for the right reasons; talk to your ALO and figure out where to put it in your file.
