On the candidate questionnaire remarks section, it says it cannot exceed 225 characters, but i can still type more than that. So do they mean 225 words? or characters as in letters w/ or w/o spaces.

If I remember correctly, it's 225 words. If you hit submit and you exceed the 225 limit, it should tell you that you need to reduce the amount of words you used. I hope this helps...
