Hello, can someone please tell me if there is a shuttle provided from BWI airport to the Academy on CVW weekends thanks!

There is not one provided by USNA. You have to arrange your own transportation. There is the super shuttle that you can schedule and pay ahead of time. It's easy to find at the airport. There will be many candidates at the CVW who will be traveling that will use this method to get to/from USNA.
