Cynicism at all S.A.s?

I have a general question. I have read about cynicism in midshipmen at USNA and the dark periods at USNA. I know of two applicants who had appointments to USNA who, after their candidate visits turned their appointments down. I know USNA, USMMA and USCG were listed in Princeton review's top ten least unhappiest students. My question is: is WP the same with the same levels of cynicism as other S.As or is there a difference?

Although I don't have much experience with the other SA's, I would guess that the level of cynicism is about the same here at West Point.
