Dental Records notification to DENTAC

DS has finished sending all the available records in that are needed prior to R-Day with one exception: Dental records. He is out of state in college and won't be home for his dental exam until early May, so dental records and films won't arrive at USMA until around middle of May.

I don't see any deadline in the instructions regarding Dental info, just wondering if it would be beneficial for him to be proactive and notify DENTAC about the schedule, or whether that is really needed.

Anyone have specific knowledge about dental records and schedules, or if/how to notify DENTAC?

end of May is OK

I talked with the people at DENTAC and they said as long as they get the dental records by the end of May everything is OK.
