Devil Pups

I'm a Devil Pup and Eagle. Was wondering if there are any else out there planning on USNA, if so how do you figure the program into the application?

I'm glad I logged in on the right day. haha I was also a DevilPup and graduated with honors in 2010.I incorperated the program, and its effects on me into my essays and of course wrote it down in my application. Also, I have an interview scheduled this weekend, and my BandG knows alot about the program. Hopefully it will get me high marks with the admission board. I hope I helped you a little bit, I cant say too much more.

thanks pchoi. having lots of trouble finding any candidate pups, was just curious as most of the other eagles said they were applying! oh yeah i was eagle for 2010 both increments i think i remember you- what platoon were you?

Hey-

I was so happy to see this thread title! I went to Devil Pups in 2007 and that was the first experience I had with the military. After that, I knew I was hooked. Anyways, to make a long story short, I just finished plebe summer here about 3 weeks ago. I used the Devil Pups experience in my essay for the academy and my nomination application. I just talked about the culture that I saw there, and how it attracted me and how I knew that I wanted to be a Marine. If you want, I can email you my essay. But definitely let me know if you have any more specific questions.
