Disqualifications?

I received the NROTC Scholarship for the Marine Corps Option. I have already went to my medical exam and eye exam. I am still waiting for my exams to be sent to DODMERB. Concord is waiting for additional comments from the doctor. I am worried that if for some reason I am disqualified, I will not qualify for a waiver, or not in time. When I was 13, I had surgery for a right radiual fracture. A flexible titanium, proximal nail was placed in my arm. It remained in my arm for 7 months. It was taken out and my arm healed successfully. I now have complete strength. Will I be able to obtain a waiver for this if I am disqualified? At my eye exam my vision was 20/50, and one of my eyes did not converge. I have been told that the convergance issue may disqualify me? Basically I am just wondering if NROTC would approve waivers for these particular issues and how long the waiver process takes. I am left with about a month until my high school graduation and time is running out. I have seeked advice on this but have found none so far. If anyone has input I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank You!
