Do academies see every ACT score?

If you take the ACT four times, and lets say on the last one dont do as well as you did on the second or third, but have a section score on that one that would boost your superscore, do they see the scores of the other sections on that last, lower composite test?

They see everything but will only take the highest score in each section whether that score came from your first or fourth test. They will compile your highest scores in each category to give you an overall score that they look at.

That is true, and I suppose I'm nitpicking, but they will only see the scores you sent them. So if there are some scores you didn't send then they won't see those. Guess I'm stating the obvious but sometimes it's not obvious to everyone.

My DS's high school has all the tests (PSAT, PLAN, SAT and ACT) on the transcript. So, maybe if your school is the same, even though you did not elect to send all the scores from SAT and ACT, they may still see them...if they look at them on that section of the transcript. Although it does not sound like you get penalized for a lower score since they emphasize to take the tests multiple times and they will pick the highest scores.

Side note, does anyone know if AFA uses all four ACT scores (math, English, science and reading)? I have read USNA only uses math and English.

USAFA looks at all four ACT scores however...the two most important are Math and English. But do NOT let that make you think those other two are not important...USAFA does have a "min" standard for each test (not releasable by me, please don't ask) that if you happen to find on their website or elsewhere in this forum...

I do not think the gentleman is asking whether they see every section of the ACT, but whether they see every attempt at the ACT if one has taken it multiple times.

The answer, in that case, is no. You choose which ACT session to send. You can only send one test's results without paying extra money, in fact.
