So I got a letter in the mail from my Congresswomen saying that she was nominating me for USMA and USAFA because that is what her staff recomended last year and since I went to college she would extend a nomination to both again this year without an interview. So do I still go to the interviews for my Senators?

In my opinion I would go. I mean it can't hurt your chances obviously if you already received a letter. I think it'll just show that you're dedicated still.

Yes, you should. Even if you are sure you have your reps nomination, you should still pursue all options. My son already knew that he had Feingold's nomination before he even interviewed with our rep, but he went to the interview anyway. In the course of the two months after he accepted his appointment, his nomination source was changed from Feingold, to Kohl, and then finally to Petri (our rep). The more nomination sources that you have, the more flexible it is for USAFA/USMA to fit you in.

Thanks, that is what I thought but my mom wanted me to find out since I am in school in Iowa and the interviews are in Wisconsin. Thanks again!
