GRR...Just spoke to Concorde, the DoDMERB contractor. The very kind woman that answered the phone indicated DS's status reads Complete-hold because the doctor did not properly complete the paperwork and after 3 requests has yet to provide the missing information. The Concorde rep will call the Dr again today. The doctor was 90 minutes late to the appointment and spent less than 10 minutes in the room with DS, so I guess I'm not surprised. My DS said the doctor did not have much of a bed side manner, barely spoke to him, and in direct contrast to the eye exam, the doctor didn't even offer a good luck wish. If the doctor does not resolve the issue DS may have to be retested, but why would we go back to the same facility for the same non-stellar service? I understand that everyone can have a bad day and all, but it's not as though we were the one that chose the service provider. Okay, rant over.
