Do you need to take both ACT and SAT?

I have taken the SAT a couple of times and I am happy with my scores. They are all at or above the posted averages for CGA (1420 R+M). Should I take the ACT as well, or perhaps a better question, do I NEED to take the ACT also to be considered for admission? Thanks for any input.

You do not have to take the ACT test. Most kids will take both, to see which one they do better on and to try to obtain the absolutely highest score they can.

Take both tests-do all you can do to prove to academy you are serious about being appointed.Never settle for the average or a little above.Sign up today!

Depends. First, you didn't mention the breakdown between reading and math. If there is a fair discrepancy between them then it's worth giving the ACT a try. Of course you also need to look at what is required for your backup plan colleges. I also agree with Rufus regarding never settling. This isn't about good enough. This is about doing your best and beating the competition. Good luck! :thumb:
