My son received a late appointment, with an email that contained the PDF for the Acceptance form. But the instructions on the form say to send it in "one of the enclosed envelopes", which made us think there would be a physical copy of it coming with envelopes. He has not received that, although he did receive a package with fingerprinting information and some envelopes, but those envelopes seem to be for returning the various documents listed on the checklist. Are we still waiting for another mailing or is this all? Does anyone know if we can use our own envelope so that we can overnight the acceptance, or if it is important to use the business reply envelopes?
