Dodmerb and Appointment

I have an LOA and a congressional nomination to USNA so the only thing I have left to do is be medically qualified by Dodmerb. All of my medical records and tests have been received by Dodmerb on 1/7/14. After my files were received by Dodmerb, I emailed the help desk wanting to know if my medical status would be available on my online file for USNA, before January 31. The answer I got was that my medical status will appear on my file well before January 31, assuming that I do not have to do a remedial, seek for a waiver, or submit additional files to Dodmerb. I do not have a medical record/condition that I think would delay my Dodmerb application, because I have always been medically clear during high school to run track and XC. However, if for some reason I have to submit any additional documents to Dodmerb, my medical status may not be available by January 31. So my question is, If my medical status is not available by January 31, does it mean that I will not have an appointment. I am a little bit confused so I would appreciate any advise.

Thanks

the short answer is: no

you have completed your part of the dodmerb paperwork. If they need remedial info, that can be turned in after jan 31.
