Hello all,
I completed the DODMERB, and am medically qualified for both USMA and USNA. Looking back however, I realize that I may not have included any information about a jaw expander (not medically necessary as far as I know, just precautionary) and braces I had about a year ago. All the equipment is off, except for a permanent metal piece that binds my upper two teeth (not a part of the treatment). I am completely done with all orthodontic care at this point, but I wasn't sure if I should have included information about my ortho history in the paper work? Any guidance would be appreciated.
