Hi,

Can anyone tell me what "complete hold" means on the DoDMETS site? Does it mean that everything was complete and transferred to DODMERB and the hold is left open in case further evaluations are needed?

Mine just did the same thing

Mine just did the same thing. Earlier today it said "Completed" and just now I checked and it says "Complete-Hold". I know I did everything I needed to do, I hope the doctors office didnt screw up or they can get a hold of the doctors office. It was a very busy place.

Help us please people!

I would shoot DoDMERB an email and ask.

Send mail to: webmaster@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil only regarding UserName and Password change requests.
Send all other inquiries to helpdesk@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil or call the HelpDesk.

you will likely not get a response right away as the site says the computers will be dome in about 2.5 hours for the rest of the day. Good luck and please post what you find out in case others have the same code. Thanks.

Complete hold

Ok after waiting a week and a half to see it change, I finally got impatient. So I called DoDMETS and spoke to the case manager. She said that there was a hold on his file because the physician did not do a hearing. I don't think ROTC needs a hearing but I didn't say a word. I wanted my son to qualify. So I checked him out of school and he went immediately to the physician for a hearing test. That was a Thursday. The case manager also said that his file would be closed out on Monday. I was like "So when were you going to tell us?" Anyway, I had my son ask the physician's office to fax the completed info. Which they did. That day, DoDMETS changed it to "complete". Took the hold off. The Friday all documents were sent to DoDMERB - stated on the DoDMETS site. The DoDMERB site changed Monday to "received". Tuesday DoDMERB changed again to "under review". Wednesday changed to QUALIFIED!!! yahhhh Now we are waiting for the Official letter in the mail.

If I were you, I would call DoDMETS immediately and ask to speak to the case manager. It is probably something as simple as that. But don't wait. It's better to get it all done now than have to wait for DoDMERB to request more info.

Good luck!!!

complete hold

Also, they need to add that code in the FAQ section with an explanation. If there is a possibility that it could be several things, then they should at least say "contact DoDMETS".

Called

I decided to call DoDMETS (Concorde) right away and found out (from them, not the doctors office who was supposed to call me) that I needed to get remeasured. Went got remeasured and within 2 hours later my status was back to complete.

status

That's great!!! Glad it was something little.

And why didn't they let you know???????
