DODMERB-Enlisted military

I recently received my packet to take my DODMERB exams. It is directing me to go off base and upon 2 hours away. Since I am currently Enlisted and assigned to a base, is this normal and is it possible to take the exams on base? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
 
Hi Eagle8201 I think the best advice you will get on this one is to call DODMERB and ask them. I didn't want to leave your question without a response even though it might not be the most helpful one to you.
 
Just took mine. You cannot take them on base, they have to be from the "assigned medical provider" but you can call Concord and see if they could maybe get you a closer provider..
 
Thank you Boozebin and 1A951 for the help. Since certain Doctors are required, I will eat the extra 7 hours of traveling time. Anyways, this arranges time for me to finish a book (audio, of course).
