I still haven't received my DoDMERB forms to schedule my medical examinations even though I have had everything submitted in my portal (except candidate statements, which I don't need to have turned in to get the forms) for 3 weeks now. Should I contact DoDMERB to see if something is wrong or misplaced?

Yes, call DoDMERB.
NOTE: They will ask for last 4 SSN or entire SSN and they will only have your information in their system if it was uploaded from the Service Academy that has requested your medical exams. I think both USNA and USMA have uploaded a first wave of candidates, but I am not sure of other SA's.

Guidance from Admissions is that if you have not heard from DoDMERB by August, then call DoDMERB.
If your SSK has been opened, then your name has been forwarded to DoDMERB for scheduling.
