DoDMERB Medical Application Status Question

My son is a USAF ROTC applicant and his DoDMERB Medical Application currently reflects (08-FEB-10 Date letter sent - DD2368: Status Letter) and we are not certain what the DD2368 Status Letter means. We are wondering if anyone knows if this indicates Qualified, if he should be expecting to receive something in the mail from DoDMERB, and if there is anything additional DoDMERB will need to do with he application?
