dodmerb packet

    soooooooooo... i have an talked to an AROTC instructor and i have been able to log into the website but i still have not received the packet that it keeps referring to it has now almost two weeks and nothing what should i do as my appointments are nearing ??

    As to not receiving the packet: we send them to the address we are provided. Sometimes our packet is thrown out, sometimes they're bad addresses. You do not need the packet to get started! Simply go to the "Applicant Login" on www.dodmets.com and use your SSN as the login and your last name as the password.

    It will prompt you to create a new, secure password. Please do so and write this down. Instructions will follow, and you can go through the steps (1 through 5) for completion.

    thanks for the reply @ Joe but i have done all that you have said already i am currently awaiting my appointment dates which are 24 and the 25 of August and have scheduled these like i said two weeks ago so reading what you have said will i be needing that packet at all or can i get by with what i have to print and bring to the appointment ?

    If you have completed your medical history and printed your exam packet from DoDMETS, that is all you need (and a photo ID) for the medical appointment.

    The optometric appointment only requires you to bring a photo ID.
