DODMERB Qualification

    Hello -

    I'm currently cleared under DoDMERB. For a while now, my shoulder will pop when i move it forward and backward. It doesn't cause any pain at all, nor after when I go to the gym. It's simply "there."

    Sometimes the muscles right near the back of the armpit (or just behind that.. when I lift my arm and push on them, I can tell which ones are sore) are sore for a couple of days after I go to the gym, or do a lot of pushups... I have no idea if I have a torn rotator cuff, because the pain's not that bad.

    Perhaps I just need to strengthen my rotator cuff muscles ? The pain goes away after a day or two.. i don't take any medicines or anything for it.

    Advice, Suggestions on what I should do ?
