DODMERB question-"repeat urinalysis, without microscopy"

I had everything nessesary completed for my Medical Review on December 29, 2010 and just now I see on my DODMETS account that I need to "repeat urinalysis, without microscopy". I was just wondering what this means and if there is anything I need to do to fix this when I go back again for another appointment? And also what exactly does that mean? Thank you
