As parents, we were sure that our son filled in his medical history as accurately as possible.
In 2003 he contracted a rash due to not cleaning his hockey equipment. Was prescribed OTC medication. No follow up required.
Now he has been rejected for Marine Corps NROTC for this history.

The letter states that additional information can be forwarded.
But to whom?

Forward any additional information regarding this to DoDMERB. I would include any physicians notes, as well as have your son write a letter explaining the circumstances surrounding the issue and what treatments he received. Also have him explain how it affected his activities, if at all.

Thank you for the reply. Probably posted in the wrong area.
Have recieved good advice and thanks to Mr. Mullen, we are in the process of correction.
