DODMerb Schedule Exams

I have finished both medical and optometric exam. My question is how can I update my dates, if I cannot go back in time and select the appointment. It wouldn't let me update it beforehand since you need both appointments at the same time.

Same thing happened to DD when she had to reschedule one of her exams and forgot to update her file with the new exam date. Apparently, the system needs this date in order to sync up the exam results with the applicant or something along those lines. You will need to call DoDMETS. The number should be on the website or your paperwork. They were very helpful with DD's issue, and things were resolved within a few days. Good luck!
