Hello all,
I applied for and recieved an Army ROTC scholarship this year, but I have been medically DQ'd for minor surgeries I had on my elbows. Getting a waiver should not be a problem for me, but I still am anxious to know my status. I have also applied for a NROTC MO scholarship, but I am waiting for the results from that board as well. I called DODMERB this morning to see what was going on with my waiver procedure, but they told me that their system had crashed completely, and that they could do nothing. I was told they could not even open any applications. I have been accepted to UCLA, I need to make sure I can get the waiver before I commit (I have no other means to pay for school, and I want to be a Marine Officer more than anything). Has anyone else heard about this, or have any more info?
Thanks
