If a candidate is qualified for USNA by DoDMERB, should that be reflected on the Candidate Portal? DS has been in Qualified status for over two months, and is worried about lack of any medical status on the portal. On the flip side, I am wondering if the absence of medical status is simply a privacy issue. Bottom Line: is the DoDMERB status ever posted on the candidate portal?

If I'm remembering correctly from last year, it is posted.

Son's portal originally had 'Schedule exams' [not that exact language] under "Tasks to be completed." He was qualified, and while the USNA portal doesn't use those words, it now says,
If any illness, surgery, or injury has occurred since the time of your initial DODMERB medical examination, send details and substantiating doctor's statement to nomapps@usna.edu.

For information regarding your medical exam or status please visit the DODMERB website.

Qualification status is NOT posted on the USNA portal. Only LOAs, appointments, turndowns, or complete pending review is what you will see in the "status" field.
