I have an astigmatism in both eyes and WITH corrective lenses (contacts) i can only see 20/40 in each eye. Right now I don't have other exact numbers for my vision, but just based on that I assume I am going to need a waiver to have a shot at NROTC, is that true? Also, if so, what might my chances be to receive the waiver?
