DoDMERB Waivers

I have been accepted into the USNA Class of 2015. I was DQed for my first DoDMERB exam and I had the remedial completed. I have not heard anything in about a month now and it worries me. The doctors assured me that everything is fine and the DoDMERB letter said a 2-3 week response after submission. If you do fail the remedial, can you request another remedial?
