Having nothing to do with my impending transition off the SAF, the website was down today. The folks are feverishly trying to restore service. It is a security issue:thumb:

still down?

Hi everyone
I was wondering if the DODMERB site is still down for everyone or it just me? Thanks

It is still down. Hopefully the folks working feverishly are not the same people who programmed our ICBMs.

It is still down and maybe down thru noon tomorrow, MST:mad:

Have I offended thee?

Sorry.
Currently 1:00 PM Mountain time and I received the following message when I attempted to access the DoDMERB site:
You are not authorized to view this page

I get the same message

You are not alone, my message is the same. Has anyone tried going from say USNA portal to DoDMERB? They must really be frustrated. I am sure that they will get it worked out, soon.

It is still down. I will post here when it comes back up:thumb:

I sent in the results of remedial for color vision test last week. Is there a number I can call to see if my DoDMERB file has been updated to reflect results?

Regarding DoDMERB site down

I am new here and father of a USNA candidate. DoDMERB site has been down for a long time. The Website Security Certificate was either broken or EXPIRED (typically the case). The certificate needs to be renewed ASAP. I echo blueridge's comments. My son is about to receive appointment from USNA (confirmed by his admission director) as long as USNA receives the status of his medical exam, which my son had completed and "qualified" since 8/17/2010 (we sent a hard copy to USNA admission director today). Between DoDMERB and USNA, for whatever reason, lost the "link" and/or something is preventing DoDMERB sending medical exam results to USNA. Other students we know who applied West Point Academy do not have this peoblem... Only when it pertains to USNA..... We need to do something and do it quickly My son is at 99/99 yard line from touching down. Read good things about MullenLE. I wish I have come to know you sooner, Sir. Thanks!

... We need to do something and do it quickly
Why? If you've already been assured that he is receiving an USNA appointment by his admission director and you've known that he is medically "qualified" since August, what difference would a few days (or weeks) matter?

HNChang - cut and paste your posting; provided son's complete name and last 4 SSN; and send to me in an email at Larry.Mullen@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil. There is nothing wrong with the certificate. We are performing major maintenance on the website.:thumb:

First to aglages: The admission director confirmed that my son will be receiving a spot at USNA, all they need is for DoDMERB to send my son's medical exam record to USNA. Because the link was broken, they can't see anything either. This was what I meant we are at the 99.99 yard line. Thx.

Mr. Mullen, I will send you the information via e-mail shortly. Thanks much.

Site still down. I am glad they have been working feverishly for three days...just think how long it would be down if they didn't take it seriously.

And it will be down for a few more days too, but thanks for the constuctive comments:thumb:

Mr. Mullen,

Please do not take parental frustration personally. The application process for most has been push, push, push to get everything done. Now, when everything is complete, it's wait, wait, wait for a decision.

You have always been both helpful and prompt (even on holidays).

Thanks for what you have done for so many of us!

Need to begin waiver process but website is down

Mr. Mullen:

I am a USUHS applicant and have less than two months to receive a waiver for a dislocation history. If I do not complete this process in 8 weeks, I may be waitlisted for the medical school program. Please let me know what is needed and where it must be sent, so I might begin the process immediately. I can have my personal orthopedic physician complete any forms necessary, but I need them immediately and cannot wait for the website to reactivate or Concorde to provide an appointment with a specialist.

Thank you.

MOSD - Thx:thumb: No one wants the website to be beack operational more than I do....NO ONE:thumb:

Jordan Lyons - I just replied to your email:thumb:

Senior Mullen,

Any idea when abouts it might be back up? If you're not sure that's fine too.

As I'm sure you can tell we're very patient folks.

Beyond.
