DoDMerb Website Down?

DS and I have been trying to get onto the DoDMerb website to check his status (waiting to see if/when status changes from "Pending Wavier Submission/Review") and neither one of us can get the site to come up. Was wondering if anyone knew whether the website was down (maybe because of the Holiday on Monday)

Same boat here, finished physical with son last week, but unable to log on since then. Hope it's up soon.
