Mr Mullen. The site is still down. My son was told he was disqualified but we have no idea for what since the site is down. Can you help?

DoDMERB Website Down?

Mr. Mullen is away from the forms while DoDMERB is down. I would email the help desk through the instructions that can be found on the DoDMERB maintenance webpage.Mr Mullen. The site is still down. My son was told he was disqualified but we have no idea for what since the site is down. Can you help?
Question on what other candidate portals show on medical status. My son has completed his medical and eye exams and his DoDMETS case is showing closed with all info submitted to DoDMERB on 11/10/22, but his SA portal still shows he’s in the “scheduler forwarded to DoDMERB” status which is 2-3 steps behind where he actually in the process. Just curious if that’s norm with the DoDMERB system down? Thanks for any info
Just to tell you that you are not alone. My son‘s exams were complete and case closed around the same time with portal still reflecting being sent to DoDMERB. Some other posters exams were completed after and their portal reflect their Qualified or DQ status. Since cases are assigned to DoDMERB workers based on last name I think it just depends on how backlogged that person is and where they are in the cycle of bi-weekly cases sent back to the academy. And, yes, it is hard to know status with website down - but, you are in good company since we are on same timeline and I don’t think there were any issues on my son’s exams. Good luck - hope we both will have good news on portals shortly!
