DoDMERB info does not appear on the USMA portal (or it hasn't on mine) and I think USNA sends your name to DoDMERB after like five of the online things have been submitted. I received my DoDMERB letter last week and got my exams done before the end of the week. I believe I received the letter because I attended USMA SLS
For USMA:
Once West Point opens the SSK on your portal, they then notify DoDMERB to contact you about scheduling your medical exam.
DoDMERB info will not appear on your USMA candidate portal.
NamD - if your SSK has opened, you should receive DoDMERB info during July.
You should only be worried if you do not hear from DoDMERB by August.
If that happens, then you should contact DoDMERB.
USMA2016 - nothing to worry about. West Point has contacted DoDMERB to schedule your exam. It is now in DoDMERB's hands to contact you about scheduling the exam. As I said above - contact DoDMERB if you haven't heard from them by August.
