I have a quick question regarding DoDMERB. So a little over a week ago I recieved a one page, double sided, letter from the DoDMERB and I was given a "remedial requested" status. However this one page was the only page in the envelope. It seemed to allude to more information being in the envelope but it was not clear. Also, one paragraph seems to mention recieving more information in the mail within 10 days. It has been more than 10 days, and I am not even sure if I got the entire packet I was supposed to get.
What action should I take and who should I contact? Has anyone been in a similiar situation?
