If your guardians can not make the appointment for dodmerb, who can be able to take me?

I assume you are not yet 18. Call the examining physician's office and ask if your guardian needs to be there and if there are any forms that they could sign before hand so you can attend by yourself.

What is the typical time it takes to be medically qualified after DoDMERB physical exam ? weeks or months ?

if all is well it will happen in a matter of days. remember to take your photo ID to the exam.

When DD went through a few years ago it was weeks. Seems like that is normal unless they need more info. Hope its quick for DS too.

Just go without them - why do think there is a requirement for them to be there? My DD was under 18 and went by herself last year

These are outsourced clinics. They won't even notice. The exam is at best cursory and is predominantly a records review.

If the genitalia inspection occurs another adult will be in the room for the doctor's protection as well as your own. (though your personnel physician can perform that task and write a note)

DS, and DD for that matter, were both told a parent had to accompany them since they were minors. I did have to sign a release form.

I was told to be there in person with photo Id so DS can have his medical exam. Do you recall how long it took your DS to have the exam complete in the exam room ?

His appointment was at 2, we got there about 150ish and we were out of there by 3.
