My DS also completed his exams. I know Concord said they would have their material turned around in two days. They also said that the lead / lag time for DoDMERB is up to 4 weeks. They went on to say that there have not been many to go through the system to date and the 4 week lead / lag time could be a little quicker. My DS is looking at it as at least a month at a minimum + / - a couple of weeks. I think what is most important is them saying anybody who gets in on the front end is going to be very lucky because it bottle necks as time rolls on. I guess it should be no surprise with all the SA & ROTC candidates they will need to review.
I believe you can also track your progress through the DoDMERB file you set-up. Log back in and check it out.

ds completed both eye and medical/audio exams on July 31. by Aug 6, both doctors' offices had uploaded their reports to Concord. On Aug 14, Dodmerb made a determination of qualified
